Horizon Professional is the creation of photographer Benjamin Falla BA Hons. Benjamin started photographing at around aged 3 with his first ever camera a Kodak Fisher Price 110, later on he attained both a GCSE and an A-Level in photography at secondary school before moving on to study for a degree in Editorial & Advertising Photography at the Kent Institute of Art & Design, where he honed his photographic skills and developed his unique style blending contemporary and traditional techniques.
Weddings:- Horizon Professional provide you with a truly unique and special memory of your day. Our half day package prices start from just £375, full day packages start from £650. All of our packages include an Italian hand made, traditional album or an individually designed contemporary album.
Half Day Packages: Coverage begins with the arrival of the groom and guests at the ceremony followed by the bride, continuing with the ceremony, formal group photographs and the start of the reception. (This list and sequence of events may vary according to your planning but we will stay for approx. 4hrs)
Full Day Packages:- Coverage begins with bridal preparations, we will then capture the arrival of the groom and your guests followed by the bride, continuing with the ceremony, formal group photographs, the reception (including cutting the cake and speeches) and concludes with the first dance.
Coverage and packages can be tailored to meet the specific needs of couples. A £150 deposit is required to book, this secures the date and also secures the price of the package which is great for those early bookers getting married in 2009 or 2010
Portraiture:- Horizon Professional pride themselves in producing stylish and contemporary portraits. Although children and babies are our main subject, Horizon Portraits are suitable for all; couples, family groups, groups of friends, pets or your own individual portrait.
We offer a mobile studio which we can bring to you to give you studio quality portraits in the comfort of your own home. We also offer location shoots giving you the chance to have your portrait taken in your favourite place. The varied backdrop this gives is unlike anything you could get from a high street studio. Also setting us apart from the competition is our pricing structure. We don't want our customers to fall into the trap of paying an expensive fee for a shoot and then having pressure put on them to buy vastly overpriced prints. At Horizon Professional we do not charge you for your shoot it is 100% free and no obligation. You only need to pay for the prints that you want. We offer mounted prints which make great gifts, outstanding value large canvas prints, acrylic prints, modern framed prints and traditional professionally framed prints. The free shoot is only available within a certain area, please contact us to check eligibility.
Press & Events:- In addition to Weddings and Portraiture Horizon Professional have also had work featured in several publications including the South Wales Argus and the Monmouthshire County Life magazine. Our photographs have also featured on the front page of Monmouthshire County Council's web site.
Horizon Professional can also cover events either for the press or for event organisers. Charities are especially welcome to request coverage, as portraits of guests always prove a popular way of helping to raise funds. We have worked closely with Shire Hall Restoration fund in Monmouth and also with the St. David's Foundation.
As well as charities and press events Horizon Events Photography is perfect for school and college proms and clubs and societies dinner dances. We make no charge to the organisers (bookings from a certain area may incur a surcharge based on distances travelled) and sell prints at a fair price to your guests. We are also now building our sporting portfolio and Horizon Professional are the official photographers of the South Wales Warriors American football team. Commissions & Commercial:- Horizon Professional are happy to take on any commission no matter how big or small. Commissions can be of a commercial or non commercial basis.
We offer a complete design and advertising solution for business customers, we can provide the images you need and then create your advertising and branding strategy.
The service offered to bands and musicians is second to none. Your live performances can be captured in a high quality contemporary style. Also studio and location shoots can be used for your promo and
press pictures. We also design artwork for albums, EPs and singles.
We are able to take on Commissions for individuals including but not limited to landscapes, architectural interior or exterior images and photographic restoration.
