Welcome to Whitehill Farm
Whitehill Farm is a working stock farm with beef cattle and sheep. We take
part in the Tir Gofal environmental scheme administered by the Countryside
Council for Wales.
Visitors are welcome to walk around the farm to see our high standards of
environmental management protecting, enhancing, restoring and creating habitats
and landscape features. Wild deer roam the farm.
Local pubs serve excellent meals. Monmouth 2.5 miles has excellent restaurants
and shopping facilities. The Brecon Beacons, Black Mountains, Forest of Dean
and the Malvern hills are within easy driving distance as are Bath,
Bristol, Cardiff
and Hay-on-Wye.
A welcome pack of brochures will be available for guests to browse showing
local attractions, sighting events, festivals, shopping etc.

Whitehill Farm offers welcoming and comfortable accommodation in a spacious
family farm house. We have two double bedrooms, one with an ensuite shower room
and one with a private bathroom.

Self Catering
The 3 bedroom (sleeps 6) self catering accommodation is adjacent to the
farmhouse and is a recent barn conversion to the highest standard, including
easy walking access. There is ample private off-road parking and a south
terrace with furniture and outstanding panoramic views as far as the Brecon
Beacons.

level for easy wheelchair access.

The modern Kitchen and
dining area has plenty of space with top quality cooking facilities.

The bright and airy
upstairs master bedroom (with a 5 ft brass bed) is a room that you can fully
relax in.
The upstairs bathroom
has fitted furniture with shower over the bath.
The
downstairs twin bedroom with ensuite shower room provides for easy wheelchair
access.
Booking conditions for Holiday Let

A non-refundable deposit of
20% is payable at time of booking.

The balance is due four
weeks prior to commencement of holiday or at the time of booking if
nearer.

Payments may be made by
cash or personal cheque.

Once the booking has been
confirmed the client is liable for the full rental in the event of
cancellation. Please arrange insurance.

The client will be liable
for any damage to the property or its contents.

The owners accept no
liability for losses occasioned or injuries sustained due to factors
beyond their reasonable control.

The cottage is let for the
numbers specified and no exception can be made except by prior arrangement.
