WELCOME
Welcome to Old Hendre Farm which is situated in a quiet location on the Welsh border, just outside the Lovely Town of Monmouth.
We are a working farm with over 100 Acres of land and our own wood which you are welcome to explore.
The Modern Farm House is set in its own ½ Acre of Garden which is currently being landscaped.
There are 3 rooms available which are all en-suite, with colour televisions & a courtesy tray.
A Hearty Farmers Breakfast is served using our own Eggs & Local produce, this can be adapted to suit your appetite or Special diet.
Offa's Dyke path passes our Doorstep & the Rolls of Monmouth Golf Course joins the farmland.
We are within an hours travelling of Cardiff, Bristol, Hereford, Hay on Wye, The Forest of Dean, The Wye Valley and the Brecon Beacons.
There are many special places of Interest in the area to Suite everyones' taste.
Dogs and Horses are welcome on the Farm.
(In the interest of hygiene NO dogs are allowed in the bedrooms).
ACCOMMODATION
There are 3 En-suite rooms furnished to a high standard. They all have colour TV and Tea & Coffee making Facilities, Central heating is adjustable in every room.
The spacious Lounge with Television is available to Guests at all times.
Breakfast is served in the Elegant Dining room Overlooking the beautiful Monmouthshire Countryside, around a large Mahogany table creating a friendly ambience between guests.
The Blue Room
Is a Twin bedded room with its own large bathroom & spectacular Views of our own Farmland & woods.
The Yellow Room
Is a cosy South facing Double/Single bed Room with En-suite Shower-room. It looks out towards the Black Mountains.
The Green Room
Has a Double old-fashioned Wrought Iron Bedstead (Very Comfortable) and its own En-suite Bathroom. It over looks the Lawn & has beautiful views of the Welsh Countryside.
We ask Guests not to Smoke in the House.

Turn Left off A40 before the tunnels, sign posted Mitchel Troy, Up to T junction turn right, then 1st left towards Wonastow Ind. Est. T junction turn left, follow this road for 1 mile, This heads you out into the country; Take the 1st turning on the right Sign posted HENDRE, Follow along this winding country lane for about 1 ¾ miles, Old Hendre Farm B & B is on your right.
A40 Northbound
Come through tunnels take next exit sign posted Monmouth. B.P garage take a left, then 1st right towards Wonastow Ind. Est. T junction turn left, follow this road for 1 mile, This heads you out into the country; Take the 1st turning on the right Sign posted HENDRE, Follow along this winding country lane for about 1 ¾ miles, Old Hendre Farm B & B is on your right.
