Pair Up for Christmas!

Gym goers in Monmouthshire can encourage their friends to get fit and healthy before Christmas thanks to a promotion at Monmouthshire County Council's Leisure Centres.

Gym members can bring a friend or loved one to the gym until 24th December 2008 for free.

The friend will receive a free induction, temporary membership card and Technogym key.

If the friend decides to join up before 9th January 2009, they will receive £10 off their upfront payment and the gym member who brought them will receive £5 off their next Direct Debit payment, so both gym goers will save money and get fit for the Christmas season.
