Landlords invited to special forum
Landlords in Monmouthshire have a chance to network and learn from others in the trade at the next Monmouthshire Landlord Forum and the first 50 members who attend will win one year's membership of the National Landlords Association worth £90.
The Monmouthshire Landlord Forum is an independent group of landlords working together for the benefit of one another and the Private Rental Market within Monmouthshire.
The forum will be held on Wednesday, 26th November, from 6 pm - 8 pm in the council chamber of County Hall in Cwmbran. There is no charge to become a forum member.
Speakers will include Anne Rowland of the Landlord Accreditation Wales and Catherine Glener-Hassett from Property Safe Inventories Ltd.
Forum is chaired by an experienced private landlord with administrative support from Monmouthshire County Council officers from the environmental health and housing departments.
Nia Chapell, Monmouthshire County Council's Specialist Environmental Health Officer, said:
"This is a great opportunity for landlords to get together and find out everything they need to know about their
business. Our speakers have a wealth of knowledge to share and our officers are pleased to help landlords improve their working practice."
