County's Highways staff to hold regular consultation sessions

Monmouthshire's Highways staff are to hold regular transportation surgeries in the council's One Stop Shops from Monday 6th September.  Surgeries will take place from 9am to 12.30pm every four weeks and will consist of 20 minute appointments.

The council's Highways Network Manager, Mike Jones, who will be at the Bryn-y-Cwm One Stop Shop in Abergavenny on Monday, 6th September said: "We will be pleased to answer your queries on such matters as co-ordination of works on highways, the new Traffic Management Act, traffic calming, the impact of new housing developments, road traffic regulations, safe routes to school, car parking, the regional traffic plan and the road safety strategy."
