Incidents and Crimes to Tuesday 10 February 2009

Incidents:

On Wednesday 4th February 2009, police received a report that a male was going door to door in the Osbaston area selling cleaning products. Officers located the male on the Hereford Road and checked out his details. It was discovered that he was operating on a Peddler's Certificate issued by Derbyshire Police.

Crimes:

Overnight, Wednesday 4th to Thursday 5th February, between 11pm and 6am, someone broke into the coin box of the jet washer at Overmonnow Garage, causing damage to the pipe work. They also forced open the two coin boxes on the airline machine. They caused substantial damage for little or no gain. Would be offenders are reminded that worthless tokens are used in operating these machines, not cash. (Crime Ref. No. BM/131/09)
