Monmouth One Stop Shop
One Stop Shops mean that help with accessing all Council services is available from one central point in each of our main towns - Abergavenny, Caldicot, Chepstow and Monmouth.
You can call into any One Stop Shop in person to talk to a highly trained customer adviser. If you prefer, you can telephone or email us.
For all enquiries, we'll do the following:
- sort problems out for you
- provide you with the forms you need and help you fill them out
- chase up council departments for you
- tell you how long you can expect to wait for an answer
In other words, the One Stop Shops will do whatever is needed to improve your contact with the Council and your access to services.
You can even make an appointment to talk to specific Council officers, e.g. planning officers, and representatives of other organisations.

If we don't have the answers straight away, we will act on your behalf so that you do not have to retell your story.
